Hello...

Hi, my name is Phillips and I am a marketing and media undergraduate student at Macquarie University. I'm 29 years old and contract myself out in a host of marketing, media and development roles.

My professional experiences include being a Journalist for Express Media Group for such titles as Fast Fours & Rotaries, High Performance Imports, Hot4s and Zoom, and Media Assistant at Motive DVD. I have also worked in film, TV and games production as a 3D artist, and production assistant.

I am friends with some people at Powertune Australia - a small but passionate and popular tuning house that specialises in modifying and tuning Japanese import vehicles. The purpose of this blog is share with you some thoughts, ideas and experiences that are common in my line of work.

Whether it be for the news, events, DIY, FAQs, industry goss or common highlighting misconceptions, I hope that you will find this blog easy to read and enjoyable.

I have a very close friend who also works at Powertune Australia. His name is Kenji Yamauchi. Kenji will be looking after the majority of the media and look-and-feel of this blog. You'll be hearing from him once in a while too.
